- As a UVA staff or faculty member, you are required to know and comply with UVA's HRM-009: Preventing and Addressing Discrimination and Harassment, and HRM-010: Preventing and Addressing Retaliation policies.
- You are also required to complete UVA’s discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prevention training at least every two years. Successful completion of this training satisfies that requirement.
